Poster Session (Day 1 evening presentation)
Posters must be set up on the morning of Day 1 of the conference - preferably prior to the morning tea break.
You must organize prior to the conference to have your poster printed. We will not be printing your poster.
If you wish to print your poster in Adelaide, there is an Officeworks in Rundle Mall (Gawler Place). Presenters could order online and book for pickup before the conference.
Each technical poster will be accompanied by the academic who created it, giving attendees the opportunity to discuss the research and have all their questions answered. Not only is this a learning opportunity, but it is also a networking opportunity and a chance for attendees to lend their expertise to their colleagues. Light refreshments will be served throughout the event.
Posters will be removed (you can do this yourself or we can assist) before morning tea on Day 3.
We will not be holding posters after the conference and cannot accept responsibility for their loss.
Tips For Creating Your Poster
While there is no need to use a specific poster template, the poster size must be PORTRAIT A0 (841 x 1189 mm)
We suggest that you use any visual aids which might clarify the results of your work, such as diagrams, charts, figures, and illustrations. Do not simply display your paper text. Graphics should be simple, colourful, well labelled, and clear.
